SKUDEMO-ORB-OS
A brass sphere rounding its own private orbit at desk height. Continues whether or not anyone is watching, out of politeness.
Origin: The Orbit Sphere began as a study in orbits orbs, where a familiar form can be given a little more air and a little less certainty.
Materials: The surface is chosen for the way it catches a change in light, holds a quiet line and keeps the silhouette legible from across the room.
Mood: Deliberate rather than loud, this is a small interruption to the ordinary rhythm of a room. Place it where you can return to it, then let the object keep its own counsel.
Materials & craft
Each piece is finished to keep the surface calm and the form legible. The details reward a slower look.
